What are Omega-3 fatty acids?
Necessary fatty acids
Omega-3 are polyunsaturated fatty acids, which cannot be composed by the human body, and therefore it is necessary that they are acquired through nutrition.
The three main omega-3 fatty acids are:
- eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA)
- docosahexaenoic acid (DHA)
- alpha-linolenic acid (ALA)

The differences between them

Omega-3 and eye health
